Hello, everyone! Yesterday I downloaded Shot Designer app for my Galaxy Tab S7+ and my Windows Laptop. I created my profile on the website and when I try to log in my laptop or my tablet it says: "Sign In Failed: There is no active license on your account, or you've maxed out your activations. Please checkyour order and activations." Until now I have not payed the PRO version. I want to upgrade it but I am afraid that there is a problem with my account and that's the reason that I can't log in. Thanks for your answers (:
