I just purchased Shot Designer Pro but when I sign in it does not recognise my email, Username or password. I have only set up one account and have one version of the App (on my macbook). I do not have a mobile App version. Any clues or do I need to get a refund? Thanks in advance.

Yes it was under orders and yes it was the correct email address. So I could log into my account but not into the programme. In the end I created a new password and it then logged me into the app - thanks

Do you see it in your account under Orders? If not, please check that the email address used for the order is added to your account under Profile. We use email addresses to link orders to accounts.
