Cant log in. Too many ip adresses?

Hey there! Following problem:

Cant login from any device or in the website: You've logged in from too many IP addresses. Please wait a while.

But i actually signed off from from all the devices on the website. Now im fully locked out. What means wait a while? Hours? Trying it for over an hour now.

Im in prep for shoot and really need my Shotdesigner right now. Help!
