Got kick out of my account and shot designer won't let me sign back in. My username and password are correct. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How can I fix this?
What error do you get? Let's assume it's the one with no license available. Check the following:
* On the Orders page in your account, verify that you have an active order or a transfer license from iOS/Android.
On the App Activations page, check if you're maxed out (5 is max). If so, click where it says 5 Devices, Reset, and sign in again everywhere. Your data is not affected.
