One of my annotation buttons where I can write with different colors disappears on me and I don’t know why. It’ll come back and I don’t know why or how. Also, I am unable to connect with the app to sync my information. A window comes up that says “Web Service Error. Communication error. Control Connection timed out.” I would have just started to do this and this message comes up. Help! Thanks!
