Help. I can't back Sign In!

There's an actual error, it's just not showing it. So this fix is entirely about showing the error. If your email address is 23 characters, it's not an issue.

Try this. Do the sign in a couple of times without success. Then cancel the dialog, and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+0 to force a crash. This will open the crash reported. Put your email and a description on the crash report, then ping back here. Network errors are logged, and the crash provides a log, so make sure to check the box to attach a log. Then I can tell you what's happening.

Hi Per, Okay, thanks for letting me know that there's a hot fix coming. :) - So, I followed your guide: Logged in to the website > App Activations > # Devices > Reset. (Number of Devices went from 1 to 0) On the App, I tried to Sign In using my Username or Email Address (23 Characters) - and current password, and still cannot Sign In. Is the fix in 3.0 only limited to showing Input error? Thanks again

Yes, this is fixed for 3.0, and it's a miracle it hasn't come up more often. There was a boo-boo in this code that suddenly prevented errors from showing.

Please sign in on the website to verify that you have the right login. Also go to the App Activations page, click where it says # Devices, then Reset, to ensure you don't have any zombie activations.

How many characters is your email address? This bug also puts email addresses under the same rules as username, and limits them to 32 characters.
