Please try to do the same in a neighboring lane. This is only about a workaround. And try to be sure that you don't move the mouse while clicking. I can see that your pointer is sliding a bit on click. Again, only about a workaround.
Yes, I've noticed that too, and there's a ticket for it. You can still select from outside of a block, and the lasso still starts.

Il faut attendre plus que ça et ne pas bouger pour que ça bascule. Du moment où vous bougez ça ne se déclenche plus et il faut recliquer.
